*Senior Trainer Qualifications
1. Minimum of two years experience
2. B.S./B.A. in Exercise Science or Related Field
3. National Certification from one of the following organizations: ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NSCA, or NASM.

Note: In lieu of college degree, trainer must have a minimum of five years experience and be certified by ACSM, NSCA, or NASM.

Personal Training Fees:
Bring your exercise program to a new level. Try one of our personal training programs to achieve the results you are looking for. During the session, one of our certified personal trainers will motivate you step by step through a challenging, effective, and safe workout.

Member Packages
5 One Hour Sessions
10 One Hour Sessions
15 One Hour Sessions
20 One Hour Sessions

Semi Private Personal Training Sessions (2-3 people)
Get the benefits of personal training at a discount by sharing the hour with a friend, family member or co-worker.

Personal Coaching

This is a six-week program that includes weekly meetings with one of our certified personal trainers. He/she will evaluate your exercise program, the progression of your workout, and will be there to motivate you to reach your goals. A typical personal coaching program includes goal setting, heart rate zone testing, and post strength and cardiovascular tests, nutritional counseling, exercise prescription, and proper exercise technique.

Couple Personal Training:

Finding time in your busy day for your mate might be hard enough. Why not combine two of the most important things in your life, exercise, and your relationship. Spend time working out together with one of our trainers and build a healthier body and partnership.

Striders Running Training:

This program will help you get ready for your first 5k, 10k, or Marathon. We have the training tools needed for your next fitness challenge. Triatholon training is also available.

Private Spin Training:

Never tried spin or want to challenge a group of friends, family, or coworkers to an extreme workout? Then this is what you need. Instruction available with Jim when normal spin schedule is not going on.

Boot Camp:

This program will push your body to the limits. Our “Drill Sergeants” will provide you with challenges each week that will help increase your body strength, agility, and overall fitness level. This is a six-week program. Class Time: Friday Morning 6:00am

WOW (Women on Weights):

Do you want to feel more comfortable in the weight room? Then this is just the program for you. This is a fun interactive class that you have been waiting for. We will teach you the basics and help you get into shape in a safe, efficient way. Class will be held in our private women’s area.

‘Hard work really does pay off. It is worth it. I had to change both my lifestyle and my way of
thinking. When I was heavy, I was seeing all sorts of physical problems, from the onset of
diabetes to the inability to run with my dogs. I began to set goals for what I wanted. I had to
convince myself that I was worth it and that I could do it. I took a look at what I was eating
and how much I was moving my body. Then things started to change. I found that it was the
exercise that really made the difference. I was burning more calories and increasing my metabolism.

It has not been easy, but the personalized training given by all the instructors at Family Fitness has helped me continue to be successful in my pursuit of a healthier lifestyle. Their support and the quality of the facilities has enabled me to continue on my journey. So I suggest that we all set positive goals for our lives and empower ourselves to reach them. “Keep moving forward”.’

Total Body Health Assessment

This is a full health assessment that includes: complete health history, nutritional assessment and meal plans, cardiovascular testing, strength testing, body fat percentage, girth measurement, workout planning and goal setting. An FFC trainer will take you through each step explaining what your results mean to you.
