Tai
Chi is a low impact exercise. It promotes health and longevity
by increasing flexibility and strength while harmonizing breathing,
movement, and energy flow (Chi). The health benefits of Tai-Chi
can include lower blood pressure, less stress, stronger immune
system, help with arthritis and mobility, weight loss, and a general
feeling of relaxation and vitality. In this class you will learn
the Yang style Tai-Chi Chuan system long form, 108 movements
that are broken up into three loops, a Five Elements form, Sword
form, and Chi Kung (Qigung) exercises.
